We had a great time celebrating at the launch party for 100 Union Street last night.
The project is a new build commercial development with AHMM for Solid Space. The building is a four storey reinforced concrete frame, with exposed concrete soffits, columns and feature walls. It also has two inclined feature cruiciform columns to support one end of the building.
Innovative heating and cooling pipes are integrated into the floor slabs, which utilises the thermal mass of the structure.
