Basement excavation has commenced at Benjamin Street.
Working in collaboration with Allford Hall Monaghan Morris for The Girdlers Company, the project involves the demolition of 3 separate buildings and the construction of a 6 storey mixed use development with a basement.
The site has a number of constraints; including working around a public alley situated in the centre of the site, Network Rail and London Underground co-ordination and numerous party wall considerations.
