After the completion of the fitout works, Bloomsbury Street was handed over to the agents by Blenheim House Construction with Buckley Gray Yeoman as architects.
The project involved the removal on existing mansard structure and replacement with a new realigned structure including roof terrace and plant area. Throughout the floorplates existing staircases were infilled and relocated in a new more efficient core arrangement, increasing the lettable area. This new core included a feature stair designed by HTS.
The inclusion of over 200 service penetrations to the existing shallow structural beams required some complex analysis by HTS to justify these works.
