Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

In response to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we wanted to provide an update on the changes to our work pattern.

The wellbeing of our staff, clients and those we work with is our first priority. We are closely monitoring Government advice and in response to increasing concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus, we have established a set of measures to help minimise the risk of exposure whilst continuing to operate a full and normal service.

  • Our office in London is currently closed and all our staff are working remotely. We confirm we have the IT infrastructure and process to support remote working from out of office locations.
  • We will be attending scheduled meetings as normal through collaboration software such as Teams and Skype. Some projects already use collaboration software and video conferencing so we are confident that any transition will be smooth. For meetings that were due to take place in our office, one of our team will be in touch with remote access details.
  • Whilst our phone lines are open, with the change to our work patterns we would encourage non-urgent queries to be sent by email to the relevant person or mail@hts.uk.com

We will continually review this evolving situation and endeavour to implement appropriate action not only for the wellbeing of our staff and clients but to avoid the risk of further circulation.
