On Saturday night the HTS team swapped hard hats and high-vis for bow ties and ball gowns, and headed down to The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane.
Joined by guests from Finchatton, Squire + Partners, Studio Indigo, MWAI, Bonfield and Milieu Consult all enjoyed a dinner and charity auction with other attendees from across London’s High Quality Residential sector. The event, which was the first ever HQR Summer Ball, was a great success and raised an incredible £54,330 for The Teenage Cancer Trust and The Lighthouse Club.
The Teenage Cancer Trust is the only charity dedicated to providing specialist care and support to young people who have been diagnosed with cancer, giving support and expert treatment to those when they need it most. Their work includes building specialist hospitals which provide a home away from home for young people while they receive treatment, as well as funding training for specialist nurses and youth support coordinators to support the young people in these units.
The Lighthouse Club, is in its 60th year, and offers aid and assistance for construction workers and their families who are in need of support due to injury, illness or bereavement.
