Planning consent has recently been granted for our Ingate Place project, the project comprises of a new build 10-storey commercial and light-industrial use building, located close to Queenstown Road in Battersea.
In collaboration with Jo Cowen Architects the scheme involves a four-storey high feature entrance with hung steel hangers and CLT and glulam mezzanines as well as long span steel frame and concrete lift core design. Other structural design considerations include the proximity to a Network Rail embankment.
