We’re pleased to announce that our New Era project with Allies and Morrison for Dolphin Living has been unanimously approved by Hackney Planning Committee. The scheme will provide 199 new homes surrounded by a shared courtyard with affordable housing for the existing New Era community.

Our civils team worked closely with Allies and Morrison to develop a SuDS strategy that will enhance the landscaping proposals and improve water usage efficiency. The proposals include a combination of rain gardens, blue green roofs and permeable paving.
