We’re excited that our Goldsmiths Enterprise Hub project with Morris and Company has received planning permission by Lewisham Council.
The retrofit project will refurbish and extend an existing Victorian terrace to create a 6,600sqft creative hub for Goldsmiths University. The hub will provide flexible workspace, a new café and garden area for use by the local community and Goldsmiths students and alumni.
Two new-build interventions, a single-storey ‘infill’ pavilion and a glazed link element will create informal community and campus space and connect the hub to the Grade II Listed Deptford Town Hall.
The rear pavilion and link elements will be built in engineered timber and the project as a whole will be low carbon.
