Sam Ling

Associate

Sam is an Associate at Heyne Tillett Steel (HTS), who first joined as a graduate in 2015. He enjoys the process of adapting and enlivening existing structures to transform them into modern and desirable space.

He has worked on a number of developments across London from inception through to completion. Working across commercial, residential, and educational sectors, examples of which are the vertical extension and re-coring of 55 Moorgate as well as the extension and conversion of a disused car park just off Finsbury Square to office space. Sam enjoys the process of adapting and enlivening existing structures to transform them into modern and desirable space. 

As a member of the sustainability group at HTS, Sam is committed to working with the client and architect to provide innovative, considered, and efficient buildings that have a positive impact on the surrounding area. Sam became a Chartered and Senior Structural Engineer in 2022 and became an Associate in September 2023.
