Sean Parkinson

Sean graduated from Loughborough University in 2010 has since gained experience working on a variety of projects with a range of structural fabrics. 

He started work at a surveying company as a site engineer in London and worked on the closing stages of the Westfield and Olympic park development at Stratford.

He then joined civil and structural engineers Clark Smith Partnership in 2010. Whilst there he completed several projects including the Young St development in Cambridge - 3 new buildings including a lecture theatre and hospital training facility for Anglia Ruskin University, and ‘The Chilterns’, an 8 storey reinforced concrete block providing 60+ luxury residential units in Marylebone and incorporating a triple storey basement car park.

Sean joined HTS in June 2015. He has recently completed work on The Print Hall - 3 new blocks of student accommodation with a mixture of RC and lightweight steel framing extending up to eleven storeys in Bristol, and Rathbone Place - a new 6 storey steel framed office building in London incorporating a 4 storey retained façade and basement. Current work includes a large development in Bristol incorporating 120,000 sqft of residential and student accommodation, the fit out for a large technology and office space building at Kings Cross, and an 8 storey new-build steel framed office in Shoreditch.
