This project involved the refurbishment of this West End office building which had previously undergone a major refurbishment in 1990. Structural works included the removal of several loadbearing columns over the height of the building, rebuilding large areas of structural slab over the reception to improve entrance height, installing new lifts, plant housing and localised re-support of the facade. Sections of the existing lightwell were also infilled to increase area. HTS were retained by the tenant Double Negative for their fit-out works.
