The project involves the refurbishment of an existing five storey steel frame building with a two storey basement into prime office space on Chancery Lane. The scope includes the demolition of the existing stability cores, roof and parts of the ground floor slab. As part of the re-construction, new stability systems are being introduced as well as extra floors and lightwells, thus raising the overall height of the building. Heyne Tillett Steel are appointed to undertake the design of both the temporary and permanent structure.
