1196 - Bromley Mills Wharf

London

This project involves the construction of three new residential accommodation blocks on a site constrained between the River Lea, the Lime House Cut and the Blackwall Tunnel A12 approach road. Detailed discussions have been held with all interested third parties including Port of London and the Environment Agency to achieve approvals in principle where possible. A robust stage C report was prepared with significant archive research, all site investigation undertaken, and a full structural model detailing all existing site topography and proposals produced.
