Heyne Tillett Steel are working in collaboration with Studio Indigo on this substantial refurbishment and extension of a private residential property in Wimbledon.

Works include the internal reconfiguration of existing main house; removal of various internal walls, lowering of the existing basement floor and new loft extension within existing roof pitch.

A new-build pool house and piled basement is also proposed with associated link building and separate guest house at the end of the garden.

The project is currently on-site with Seacon acting as main contractor, and is due to complete at the end of 2017.
